摘　　要：综述了单胃动物和反刍动物异食癖的发生原因及其研究概况。研究表明,畜禽营养缺乏所引起的异食癖,主要是蛋白质不足以及矿物质和维生素缺乏,矿物质缺乏主要是硒、铜和锌的缺乏;对于反刍家畜牛、羊来说,由于瘤胃微生物能合成B族维生素,因此,牛、羊维生素的缺乏主要是VA、VD的缺乏。The causes of pica of monogastric animals and ruminants and its study survey were reviewed. The results showed that pica of livestock and poultry caused by nutrition deficiency were mainly the results of protein, minerals and vitamin deficiencies. Minerals deficiency were mainly the deficiencies of Se, Cu and Zn. Because rumen microorganisms could synthesize vitamin B for ruminants cattle and sheep,the vitamin deficiency of cattle and sheep were mainly of vitamin A and vitamin D.
