危急值报告系统在医院诊疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:当患者检验结果出现危急值时,表明患者可能正处于有生命危险的边缘状态,通过使用危急值报告系统,及时、准确地将检验结果通知临床医生,以便迅速给予患者有效的干预措施或者治疗。方法:基于医院信息系统(HIS)和临床检验信息系统(LIS),当危急值结果出现时,在护士站或检验科电脑端出现警示信息,医护人员将其结果查抄后及时通知相关科室。结果:实现了危急值结果的自动传输,提高了数据传送准确率和检验工作的效率。结论:危急值报告系统的使用,使医院危急值报告的传送更方便、快捷、及时和准确,减少了医疗事故的发生率,提高了医院的服务质量。[Abstract] Objective： To discuss the use of the clinic laboratory critical value reporting system. When the critical value, also known as the emergency value or warning value in the patient＇s inspection result, which indicates that the patient may be at the life-threatening borderline state, occurs, this kind of critical value system can be used to inform the clinicians about the inspection result so as to deal the patient with effective interventions or treatments. Methods： On the basis of HIS and L1S, when the computer in the nurse station or inspection department generates the warning information （that is, the critical value）, then the nurse will record the result or the inspection department will give notice by telephone. Results： The autotransmission of the critical value can achieve more accurate data transmission and reduce the workload for the inspection staff. Conclusion： The use of the critical value reporting system in our hospital enables the transmission of the critical value report to be more convenient, efficient,timely and accurate, which reduces medical negligence and improves the service quality of hospital.
