摘　　要：目的:解决医院固定资产管理存在的问题与漏洞,制定一套适合医院现代化固定资产管理的系统与制度。方法:引进一套资产管理软件,根据医院固定资产具体管理模式,对其进行改进和优化。结果:通过采用固定资产管理系统实施信息化管理,达到了规范和优化医院固定资产管理流程的目的。结论:现代化的医院依靠传统的固定资产管理模式已远远不能满足医院发展速度,必须进行相应的数字化、科学化的改进。[Abstract] Objective： To solve the problem with the vulnerability of our hospital fixed asset management and develop a fixed asset management system. Methods： A set of asset management software was introduced and then modified and optimized based on the actual situation of fixed asset management in our hospital. Results： With fixed assets management system, the work flow for management of fixed asset was optimized in our hospital. Conclusion： In modern hospitals, relying on the old fixed asset management model can not meet their developing speed. Therefore, we should modify the management system with digitalization and informatization. [Key words] Fixed asset Management; System; Encoding; Informatization
