摘　　要：目的:针对血液透析装置使用过程中出现的安全问题,提出预防医疗风险,提高设备利用率的管理方法。方法:利用日常清洗和消毒、制定安全操作规范、加强质量控制管理等规范化管理,提高血液透析装置的使用率。结果:采用有效的方法安全管理血液透析装置,保障其质量安全,提高设备的使用率。结论:血液透析装置的规范化管理,保障患者的生命安全,预防高风险因素,确保医疗护理质量安全。[Abstract] Objective： With the rapid increase of chronic kidney disease （CKD） incidence year by year, more and more people use the hemodialysis device. Therefore, its management quality is directly related to the life and safety of patients. We believe that the problems should be noticed in safety management of using to prevent medical risk and improve the utilization rate of equipment. Methods： We must notice some problems, for example, daily cleaning and disinfection, making safety operation standard, strengthening the quality control management, standardized management, so we can improve the using rate of hemodialysis device. Results： We are using the effective method of safety management to ensure the quality and safety and improve the efficiency of the equipment. Conclusion： The standardized management can ensure the life safety of patients and the quality of medical care security. [Key words] Specification; Hemodialysis; Safety management
