注射嗜水气单胞菌对草鱼幼鱼肝、肾、脾的影响

摘　　要：以草鱼幼鱼为研究对象,用半致死浓度的嗜水气单胞菌感染鱼体,然后取病鱼和对照组的肝、脾、肾经Bouin’s液固定,石蜡包埋、切片、H.E染色,Nikon显微镜观察照相。结果表明:经过感染的鱼体肝、脾、肾都出现不同程度的肿大,肝脏灰白色,脾脏暗紫色。切片观察发现肝脏实质结构破坏明显,肝血管内血细胞减少,肝细胞肿胀、浑浊,空泡化;肾脏间质比例增大,肾小管和肾小体数量明显减少,肾小管上皮细胞肿胀、变性;脾脏内大量充血,脾脏淋巴细胞坏死,H.E染色发现大量的棕色"小结"充斥于整个脾脏之中。In the present study,the effects of Aeromonas hydrophila on the liver,spleen and kidney of the juve nile grass carps were investigated by using histological methods.The results show that all the three organs（liv er,spleen and kidney） of the infected fish were swelled at different degrees.The color of two organs changed,the liver was gray in color,and the spleen was dark purple in color.The internal structures of the liver were found badly destroyed,with fewer blood cells,swelling,turbid and vacuolization cells.The mesenchyme of kid ney was enlarged,and the renal tubules and renal corpuscles were decreased obviously.The epithelial cells of re nal tubules swelled and denatured.The necrosis of the spleen lymphocytes was found.Many brown granules were observed in spleen by H.E staining.
