摘　　要：运用SWOT工具,对影响哈大齐工业走廊发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁因素进行定性的研究。建立相应的SWOT-AHP模型,通过专家打分和AHP计算,得出影响哈大齐工业走廊发展的因素排序。提出了走集群化发展道路,提高装备制造业特别是高端装备制造业的核心竞争力,建设石化产业集群;重视经济、社会和环境三者的可持续发展,坚持治理优先,加强生态建设和环境保护;充分利用自身的资源和区位优势,加强同经济发达区域的联系,实现资源共享和优势互补;注重产业结构的调整和产业间协同发展能力的提高,积极拓展新型服务领域,提高第三产业比重等对策建议。In the light of the SWOT, the passage analyzes the development of the Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar industrial corridor, and makes a qualitative research of the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat elements which affect its development. Through making the corresponding, model, SWOT-AHP, and by means of professional scores and the AHP calculation, we can get the rank of different elements affecting its development. At last the passage will list relevant strategies and suggestions： developing a road of cluster development, improving the core competence of the equipment manufacturing industry, especially the High-end equipment manufacturing industry and constructing a petrochemical industry cluster; paying attention to the sustainable develo environmental conservation; making pment of economy, society and nature, insisting the priority of full use of the resource and strengthening the contact of economic development zones to realize the resource sharing and complementary advantages; paying attention to the readjustment of industrial structure and the improvement of the coordinating capability among industries, developing a new-pattern service field, and increasing the proportion of the tertiary industry.
