摘　　要：[目的]总结年轻恒牙牙髓血管再生术治疗的四手操作护理配合。[方法]对7例口腔治疗病人行牙髓血管再生术,采用四手操作。[结果]7例病人术后无并发症发生,随访半年显示病人均无不适主诉,临床检查牙齿恢复功能,探叩诊无反应,冷诊无反应;X线检查示牙根继续发育,根管壁增厚;未发生任何并发症。[结论]四手操作需要护士应具有口腔治疗专业知识、熟练掌握操作规程和强烈的责任心,才能配合医生顺利完成口腔治疗。Objective：To summarize nursing coordination of four-handed operation for young permanent teeth pulp revascularization treatment. Methods.7 cases of patients receiving oral treatment underwent pulp revascularization with four - handed operation. Results： No postoperative complications occurred in 7 patients,and six months of follow - up results showed that all patients didn＇t have complaints, the teeth recovery function was checked in clinic, and found that no reaction in percussion, no reaction in cold clinics; X ray showed the dactylon continued to development and the root canal wall thickened; no any complications occurred. Conclusion. Four--hand operation need that nurses should have the professional knowledge of oral treatment, skilled grasp of operation procedures and have strong sense of responsibility, in order to cooperate with the doctors to complete the oral treatment smoothly.
