摘  要:以碳纤维复合芯铝绞线(ACCC)在上海输电线路改造工程中的应用为背景,分析了线路增容改造中出现的一些技术问题,提出了相应的改进措施。ACCC运行4年多,对于环境敏感区域、人口密集区域以及大跨越地区的线路增容改造或新建线路来说,具有较大优势。但是,在实际应用中发现,ACCC在大负荷下的弧垂控制并未达到理想效果,倘若线路走廊发生较大变化、安全距离不足时,仍需要对杆塔进行升高处理。而ACCC单价远高于普通钢芯铝绞线数倍,因此在选择使用ACCC时,需要进行技术评估和综合考虑。Based on ACCC application in projects of Shanghai transmission line transformation,analyze and discuss some technical problems in the reformation as well as raise the corresponding improvement measure. After having run for more than 4 years, ACCC has great advantage in the transmission line reformation and newly built line in the sensitive environment region, areas with dense population and large span. However, in practical application, ACCC sag control did not achieve the desired effect in big load. If the line corridor changes dramatically or the safe distance is insufficient, towers still need to be increased. While the ACCC unit price is much higher than that of ordinary steel core aluminum stranded wire several times, thus when using ACCC, we need to make technology assessment and comprehensive consideration.
