摘　　要：高等职业院校在培养康复治疗技术专业人才时必须重视符合岗位要求的职业素养的培养。可以在专业教学中渗透康复医学思维模式、团队协作能力、良好的医患沟通能力、个人素质"三心"等内容。It is important to put the professional quality training into the course of specialties in higher vocational education of the Re- habilitation Therapy, including the thinking mode of rehabilitation medicine, team working, communication, and personality of love, pa- tience and responsibility and so on.
