渴络欣减少糖尿病肾病尿微量白蛋白的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病肾病采用渴络欣治疗对减少尿微量白蛋白影响及临床效果。方法:选取我院2010年6月～2012年9月收治的100例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组应用依那普利治疗,观察组联合渴络欣治疗。结果:观察组TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG与治疗前比较有明显差异,对照组上述指标无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后24hUTP、ALB、尿α1-MG、尿β2-MG及Scr较对照组均明显改善,差异有统计学意义结论:采用渴络欣治疗糖尿病肾病可缓解临床症状,具有较高安全性和有效性,值得推广应用。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Keluoxin in treating urinary albumin decrease from diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 100 patients of diabetic nephropathy collected from June 2010 to September 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, 50 in each group. The control group was given enalapril, while the treated group was given Keluoxin. Results： The contents of TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and TG in the treated group were significantly different from pretreatment, with no significant differences （P〉0.05）. The content of UTP, ALB, urinary α1-MG, urinaryβ 2-MG and Scr 24h after treatment in the treated group improved significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Keluoxin can relieve clinical symptoms of diabetic nephropathy, with higher safety and effectiveness, worthy a wide clinical application.
