六味地黄丸防治化疗后血小板减少的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察六味地黄丸防治化疗所致血小板减少的临床疗效。方法:将30例结直肠癌患者随机分为治疗组15例及对照组15例,两组均应用艾恒+希罗达化疗方案,治疗组化疗的同时服用六味地黄丸至化疗结束,对照组单纯使用化疗。化疗后比较两组患者血小板的变化情况。结果:治疗组血小板数量与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄丸能减轻化疗所致的血小板减少。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang pill on thrombocytopenia caused by chemotherapy. Methods： 30 patients of colon cancer after surgery were randomly divided into two groups, 15 in each group. The experimental group was received chemotherapy regimen of XELOX and Liuwei Dihuang pill, while the control group was only received XELOX. Results： There was a signiftcant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Liuwei Dihuang pill can improve thrombocytopenia caused by chemotherapy regimen of XELOX.
