针刀结合封闭治疗复发性肱骨外上髁炎疗效观察

摘　　要：肱骨外上髁炎,以肘关节外侧疼痛,用力握拳,提重物及前臂作旋前伸肘动作时加重,局部有多处压痛。临床多采用局部封闭、口服非甾体类抗炎药、针灸或物理治疗,短期疗效尚可,但易复发,且对于复发性肱骨外上髁炎疗效甚微。笔者观察针刀结合局部封闭方法治疗易复发的肱骨外上髁炎76例,疗效较为满意,现报道如下。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of local blocking on treating recrudescent radiohumeral epicondylitis. Methods： To treated the ache place by needle knife and inject with Lidocaine and Prednisolone. Results： 63 cases were cured, with the curative rate 82.9%, 10 cases were improved, with the effective rate 13.2%, and 3 cases were ineffective, with the total effective rate 96.1%. Conclusion： Needle knife therapy combined with local blocking achieved notable effect on radiohumeral epicondylitis.
