摘　　要：张仲景设理中汤,主治脾胃虚寒导致的胃痛、胸痹、吐利等病。临床中根据辨证施治的原则,运用此方,治疗头痛、痉证、眩晕等病,随证加减,取得满意疗效,体现了辨证论治、异病同治的原则。The Lizhong decoction developed by ZHANG Zhong-jing is mainly applied to treat stomach pain, chest stuffiness, Tuli like disease caused by stomach deficiency. According to the syndrome differentiation principle, treating headache, convulsion, and dizziness like disease with this recipe has a satisfactory effect. The progress reflects the syndrome differentiation and treatment principle.
