摘 要:通过介绍涂料精细加工原理、作用及方法,阐述印染加工适用涂料应用性能改善现状。为了提高涂料染色性能,对纤维素纤维及蛋白质纤维进行表面改性,并分析其原理及工艺;具体介绍了针对涂料染色牢度、染色强度和手感等问题的解决措施,以及涂料及其活性染料共同印花工艺。同时详细阐述了喷墨印花用涂料墨水组成、分散稳定性、以及提高喷墨印花打印效果的途径。最后指出涂料将在印染加工中占据更为重要的地位,其中涂料改性、高效环保粘合剂和高稳定性涂料墨水是主要发展方向。Improvements of pigment adapted to printing and dyeing were discussed by introducing theory, effection and methods of pigment refining process. Principle and technology of surface modification carried out on cellulosic and protein fiber to improve dyeing performance with pigment was analyzed. Solutions for poor fastness, depth and handle of pigment dyeing were expounded, as well as the printing techniques of pigment and reactive dye. Composition, dispersion stability of inkjet printing ink, and ways to enhance printing effects was elaborated. It was pointed out that pigment would account for more important position with the continued development of pigment modification, efficient and environmental friendly adhesive and high stability pigment inks.
