摘  要:以某双吸泵转子临界转速的计算为例,先通过计算滚动轴承的径向刚度,再利用弹簧单元模拟轴承径向刚度,建立有限元模型,求解转子临界转速;同时还实测了转子的临界转速,通过计算结果和实测值的对比表明,该方法能够较为准确地计算出转子的临界转速,特别是一阶临界转速,具有重要的实际应用价值。Taking calculation of critical speed of double suction pump as an example, the radial stiffness of rolling bearings is calculated and simulated by using spring element. The FEM model is built to calculate the critical speed of rotors, and the critical speed of rotors is measured. The comparison between calculation results and measured value shows that the method is able to accurately calculate the critical speed of rotors, especially for the first order critical speed, and which has important application value.
