摘 要:为研究感染APP对猪外周血免疫功能影响,将24头健康杜洛克、长白猪和约克夏三元杂交(DLY)仔猪按性别、体重分为2组,分别用生理盐水(对照组CG)和含3.8×107CFU.mL-1猪放线杆菌(APP)稀释液(试验组TG)喷雾鼻腔。结果表明,TG猪血液中白细胞总数(WBC)、中性粒细胞数(GRA)、中间细胞数(MID)均极显著升高(P<0.01),淋巴细胞数(LYM)却极显著降低(P<0.01)。TG猪外周血CD3+T细胞降低(P>0.05),CD3+CD4+T细胞极显著降低(P<0.01),CD3+CD8+T细胞及CD4+/CD8+值显著降低(0.01<P<0.05)。TG猪血清中IgA、IgE略有升高,而IgG则略有下降(P>0.05)。结果表明,感染放线杆菌后,猪整体防御机能和呼吸道粘膜局部免疫功能增强,而机体整体免疫功能下降。To observe the effect of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (APP) infection on the immunity function of peripheral blood in pigs, 24 healthy pigs were randomly divided into two groups, and were atomized inhalation with physiological saline (control group, CG) and diluent contained 3.8x 107 cfu. mL-1 APP serotype I (treatment group, TG) by in each nostril, respectively. Compared with those of CG, the numbers of white blood count were inreased(P〈 0.01), the numbers and percentages of granulocyte and middle cells were all inreased(P〈 0.01), while those of lymphocyte were all dereased (P〈 0.01 ) in the peripheral blood of pigs in TG. The percentage of CD3 T cells were decreased ( P 〉 0.05); the percentages of CD3 CD4 T cells and CD3 CD8 T cells and the value of CD4/CD8 were all decreased in the peripheral blood of pigs in TG(P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). The contents of IgA and IgE were increased, while IgG was decreased (P 〉 0.05)in the serum of pigs in TG. The results showed that the whole defence function of infectious pigs with APP 48 h later were increased, while the immunity function except for the local immunity function of respiratory tract mucosa were decreased.
