摘 要:碱茅种子在河西盐渍土提取液中萌发的结果表明,低于0.54g/100ml的盐度对种子萌发有促进作用,高于该浓度,萌发受到抑制直至完全停止。介于0.88g/100ml—3.60g/100ml间的盐度降低了种子发芽势和累积发芽率,胚根变短,但不影响其萌发潜势,解除盐份限制后,可继续萌发;高于3.64g/100ml的盐度不仅抑制种子萌发,并对其萌发潜势有明显影响。Seeds of korean alkaligrass (Puccinellia chinampoensis) were germinated on filter; a; er saturated with salt sloutions extracted from the saline soil in Hexi Corridor. Sixteen concentrations were tested. The seed germination was stimulatedat the concentrations of 0.54 g/100ml and below, dexreased at the concentrations higher than 0.72g/100ml.The germination rate and accumulated germination percentage were rekuced and the radicles were shortened at the concentrations from 0.88tl 3.60g/100ml, but the ungerminated seeds remained viable and germinated when the salt content was reduced. However, the final germination percentage and the germination potentialwere both reduced at the concentrations higher than 3.64g/l—ml.
