摘　　要：针对大型机械在已有数据为无失效数据,寿命服从三参数的Weibull分布的情况下,提出了可靠寿命的评估方法.此种方法在已知三参数的Weibull分布的形状参数下限、大型机械设备可靠度置信下限和置信度的情形下,将所有的无失效数据进行叠加,建立模型并得到大型机械设备在使用时的可靠寿命估计的单侧置信下限.Gave a reliability life assessment method when life follows the case of the three-parameter Weibull distribution for not-failure data. Such a method makes model and computes one side lower confidence limits of reliability life when lower limit of shape parameter of three-parameter Weibull distribution is known, no failure life data is overlay and confidence limits and reliability is known for the large-scale machinery and equipment.
