摘  要:以黄芩普通愈伤组织为对照(CK),6个高产单细胞克隆愈伤组织(HQSC)为实验材料,综合运用紫外分光光度法、滴定比容法、动态跟踪法、多项式方程拟合等原理和方法,测定和分析了29 d培养期内,HQSC黄芩苷的最佳萃取时间,并对黄芩苷质量分数的动态变化进行了分析.结果表明,HQSC不同,黄芩苷质量分数不同,其中HQSC-4S号黄芩苷质量分数最高为6.20%,对照组质量分数最低为3.73%.黄芩苷动态拟合曲线,呈非对称"M"形、非对称"U"形和对称"U"形三种变化特征.为深入探索黄芩苷积累调控机制和黄芩高产HQSC的生理代谢人工调控机制研究提供参考.Parents of scutellaria callus as control( CK ), the six high yield of the single cell clone of Radix Scutellariae callus ( HQSC ) were experimental material. The integrated use of ultraviolet spectrophotometry, titration than the solution method, dynamic tracking method, polynomial equation fitting of methods and principles, the best extraction time of the baicalin ( Bai ) was determined and analysed for 29 d incubation period. And the mass fraction of baicalin dynamic changes were analyzed. The results show that the baicalin mass fraction different of different single cell cloning callus. In which the highest contain of baicalin was the HQSC-4S, the mean up to 6.20%. The lowest contain of baicalin was HQSC-0, the mean up to 3.73%. Three kinds of variation characteristics were presented of asymmetric "M" shaped, asymmetric "U"-shaped and symmetrical "U"-shaped. This study for exploring baicalin accumulation regulation mechanism study and high yield HQSC physiological metabolism artificial regulation mechanism study of Radix Scutellariae provides reference.
