摘　　要：加强小组工作专业教育与社区文化建设的融合,有助于社区文化的深度建构和社会工作专业的建设。探讨了小组工作专业建设与人才培养的特点、社区文化建设的特点和需求,提出了小组工作与社区建设有机结合的必要性和有效途径。The cooperation between group work professional education and the construction of community culture may be of benefit to both. On the basis of the features of group-work professional education, personnel training and the construction of community culture, some ways of cooperation are proposed.
