摘  要:2012年3月20日~8月24日,对宁波地区凡纳滨对虾设施化养殖塘水体中的浮游植物进行调查分析.结果表明:养殖塘中共鉴定出浮游植物6门24种.其中硅藻门15种,占藻类种类数的62.5%;蓝藻门3种,占13%;绿藻门3种,占13%;黄藻门、金藻门、甲藻门各1种.养殖早期浮游植物藻密度1.019×105cell.mL-1,生物量0.17 mg.mL-1,多样性指数为0.926;养殖后期浮游植物藻密度1.301×105cell.mL-1,生物量0.44 mg.mL-1,多样性指数为1.547.浮游植物数量变化总体表现为养殖前期低、后期高的特征.We conduct the survey and analysis on phytoplankton based on the data collected from the aquaculture ponds ofPenaeus vannamei in Ningbo between March 20th, 2012 and August 24th, 2012. The result shows that the total number of species of phytoplankton is 24, out of which Bacillariophyta takes up 15 species, accounting for 62.5%; The Cyanophyta has 3 species, accounting for 13%; The Chlorophyta has 3 species, accounting for 13%; The Xanthophyta has one specie and Chrysophyta has one specie. In the early breeding stage, the biomass of phytoplankton is 0.17 mg-mL-1 and Population density is 1.019×10^5 cell·mL-1. Diversity index is 0.926.In the late breeding period, the biomass of phytoplankton is 0.44 mg'mL-1 and population density is 1.301×10^5 cell·mL-1. Diversity index is 1.547. The total number of Phytoplankton is characterized by being low in the early breeding stage and being high in the late period.
