摘  要:目的寻找巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)在子宫内膜异位症(EMT)血瘀证及相关主要复合证型(血瘀型、气滞血瘀型、肾虚血瘀型)患者在位内膜和异位内膜的表达差异;探讨EMT不同证型发病的分子机理。方法应用免疫组织化学技术观察18例不同证型(每组6例)EMT患者在位、异位内膜组织及6例正常妇女在位内膜组织中的MIF的表达情况。结果 MIF在EMT在位内膜各证型组间及正常对照组组间比较,肾虚血瘀型组在位内膜与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他各组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各异位内膜组及正常对照组组间比较,肾虚血瘀型组与其他各组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他各组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MIF在EMT不同证型中的表达有差异,可能为EMT不同证型辨证的分子生物学基础之一,并可能做为临床辨证参考。OBJECTIVE To make sure the expression differences of migration inhibitory factor(MIF) in endometriums and ectopic endometriums of patients with EMT of blood stasis and related main complication syndromes(blood stasis, blood stasis due to qi stagnation, and blood stasis due to kidney deficiency) and discuss molecular mechanism of EMT in different syndromes. METHODS Immunohistochemical technique was applied to 18 patients with EMT of different types(6 cases in each group) and other 6 normal women. The expression of MIF in endometrium and ectopic endometrium tissues of the 18 patients and that in endometrium tissues of the 6 women were studied. RESULTS after MIT in EMT endometrium of different types and control group were compared, there was a statistic significance in differences between blood stasis due to kidney deficiency group and control group (P〈0.05) but no statistic significance in differences between other groups (P〈0.05). After ectopic endometriums of the 18 patients compared with control group, there was a statistic significant difference between blood stasis due to kidney deficiency group and other groups (P〈0.05) and no statistic significant difference between other groups(P〈 0.05). CONCLUSION There were differences in the expression of MIF of different EMT syndromes, which may be one of the molecular biological bases for differentiating different types and may also provide diagnostic reference in clinic.
