摘　　要：吕留良评注《医贯》不但扩大了《医贯》的影响,而且具有很高的学术价值。概言之,一是介绍《医贯》不同版本文字的差异;二是指导读者阅读《医贯》的方法;三是修正了赵献可的偏颇说法;四是对伤寒理论与方剂的阐释颇有特色。更为重要的是,吕留良并不是纸上谈兵,他的所有评论均是以临床经验作为基础。LYU Liu-liang＇s remark on the book of Key Link of Medicine exerted its influence with highly aca- demic evaluation. Firstly, he introduced the differences between different versions of this book in characters; sec- ondly, he instructed the way of reading this book; thirdly, he corrected the biased arguments of the writer ZHAO Xian-ke, and at last, his analysis of the theory of Shanghan and formulas was of great characteristics. More impor- tantly, all of LYU Liu-lianges remark on this book was based on clinical experience instead of discussion on paper.
