摘　　要：改革开放以来,中国经济增长在片面追求技术进步的同时,并没有均衡考虑对就业的影响,这导致中国经济发展与社会发展严重失调。在这种情况下,借鉴国内外关于技术进步与就业的相关研究文献就显得很有意义。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理,发现关于技术进步对就业影响的研究主要集中在两个方面,一是对技术进步就业效应的研究,即技术进步对就业总量和结构影响的研究;二是将技术进步的就业效应纳入经济增长和政策框架中进行研究。因此,通过借鉴这些研究文献的结论和成果,并制定适合中国国情的经济政策,对更好地发挥技术进步的就业创造效应,进一步缓解经济发展与社会发展的矛盾具有重要意义。Since the reform and opening up, while pursuing technological progress, China＇s economic growth neglects the influence on employment, which leads to the serious imbalance between economic growth and social development. In this casde, it is significant to borrow relative literatures on the study of technological progress wing the literatures, the authors find out that the and employment at home and abroad. By reviestudies on the influence of technological progress on employment mainly focused on two aspects. One aspect is the study of technological progress and employment effect, that is, the impact of technological progress on the total volume and structure of employment; the other aspect is to put the employment effect into the study of economic growth and policy framework. Therefore, by drawing lessons from the conclusions and achievements of the literatures, and establishing economic policy that is suitable for China＇s national conditions, it is of great significance for us to better achieve employment creative effect of technological progress and further alleviating the contradiction between economic and social development.
