摘　　要：矿业的发展直接影响到中国工业的发展水平。基于国内外矿业企业融资发展历程,系统梳理了加拿大、美国、澳大利亚和中国矿业企业融资现状,比较国外、国内在矿业融资方式上的侧重点和不同之处,借鉴国外成熟的实践方式和先进经验,全面诊断中国当前矿业企业融资所面临的困境,进而提出一些政策性建议,为创新中国矿业企业融资模式、深入发展矿业资本市场奠定基础。The development of mining industry directly influences the development of China＇s industry. Based on the history of domestic and foreign mining companies＇ financing development, the paper systematically reviews the financing status quo of mining companies in Canada, America, Australia and China, and comparisons are made on different financing methods in the mining companies. By borrowing mature practice and advanced experience from foreign countries, the authors try to find out the difficulties of China＇s mining industry in financing, and policy suggestions are proposed to lay foundation for expanding China＇s financing mode innovation in mining industry and deepen the development of mining capital market.
