摘 要:装备制造业是辽宁的基础性、支柱性、战略性产业。科技创新是推动辽宁装备制造业技术升级的关键,它既可以催生新兴行业,为其提供科学有效的生产方法,又能通过技术创新的渗透来提高劳动者素质,进而促进辽宁装备制造业的结构升级。针对辽宁装备制造业现存的问题,对其进行SWOT分析,构建装备制造业技术升级与科技创新纽合模型和拟波士顿矩阵,提出依靠科技创新促进辽宁装备制造业向"制造基地"转型是亟待研究和解决的重大问题。Equipment manufacturing industry is the basic,pillar and strategic industry in Liaoning Province.Science and technology innovation is the key of promoting technical upgrade of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province,which can not only midwife new industries and provide scientific and effective producing methods for them,but also improve the quality of laborers through the penetration of science and technology innovation,so as to promote the structural upgrade of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province.According to the existing problems of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province,SWOT analysis is accomplished on it,coupling model and BCG Matrix of technical upgrade and science and technology innovation of equipment manufacturing industry are established.It is proposed that promoting the transformation of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province to "manufacturing base" by science and technology innovation is a key issue that urgently needs to be studied and solved.
