摘　　要：目的:从人口和地理角度分析评价河南省农村床位、执业医师和护士三种卫生资源配置的公平程度,为促进河南省农村卫生事业的发展提供依据。方法:采用洛伦兹曲线和基尼系数对10个样本区的执业医师、护士和床位数配置的人口和地理公平性进行测量。结果:农村卫生资源在人口配置和地理配置上已经达到较好的公平性,且人口公平性与地理公平性趋于一致,执业医师的资源配置公平性相对较差。政府应从加强农村卫生技术人才培养投入等方面促进执业医师配置公平性进一步提高,并把提高农村卫生资源配置效率作为新的发展目标。Objective To evaluate and analyze the equitability of rural health resources（medical practitioners,nurses and hospital beds） distribution in Henan province from the demographic and geographic perspectives,and to provide the basis for promoting the rational allocation of health resources.Methods The population and geography equitability of health resources（medical have achieved equitypractitioners,nurses and hospital beds） of 10 sample counties was analyzed and evaluated by Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient.Results Conclusions Rural health resources have achieved better equity in the population distribution and geographical configuration.The population and geographic equity tends to be consistent,yet the allocation equity of medical practitioners is relatively poor.The government should strengthen the training input of rural health technical personnel so as to promote the medical practitioners allocation equity and set the efficiency improvement of rural health resource allocation as a new development goal.
