经尿道输尿管镜下治疗输尿管结石合并息肉的综合疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道输尿管镜下治疗输尿管结石合并息肉的综合疗效。方法选取2007年2月-2012年12月于我院诊治的52例输尿管结石合并息肉患者为研究对象，采取输尿管镜下碎石息肉清除术进行治疗，回顾分析患者综合治疗效果。结果全部患者出院均全部痊愈，经过追踪观察，无复发及严重术后并发症。结论根据临床效果及术后追踪观察，采用尿道输尿管镜下治疗输尿管结石合并息肉能够在保证安全的情况下，临床效果较好。术后患者恢复良好，无复发及严重术后并发症。Objective To investigate the treatment of ureteral stones with polyps efficacy Methods urethral ureteroscope patients with ureteral stones with polyps in 52 patients in our hospital from February 2007 to December 2012 as the research object take clear the ureteroscopic gravel polyps surgery treatment, a review of the comprehensive treatment of the analysis of the patient. Results All patients discharged from hospital are all healed after the follow-up observation, recurrence and serious postoperative complications. Conclusion Based on the clinical effects and post-operative follow-up observation using urethral ureteroseopic treatment of ureteral stones with polyps can better ensure the safety of the cases, the clinical results. Postoperative recovery was good, no recurrence and serious postoperative complications.
