发挥药师作用与提升社区药店销售的关系

摘　　要：目的阐述一种利于社区零售药房长期持续发展的方法以及药师在其中的重要作用。方法收集并分析某药房5年来部分药品销售频次和销售金额在药房总销售中的变化情况。结果和结论加强药师在药房中的专业化作用，将临床药师工作中的一些理念和经验运用到社区零售药房药师的工作中，既提高药房的销售，也通过另一个方式提高药师的作用和地位。objective to community on a retail pharmacy long-term sustainable development method and pharmacists in one of the important role. Methods collecting and analyzing a pharmacy 3 years sales frequency and part of the drug sales amount in the pharmacy of the total sales changes. Results and conclusion to strengthen the professional role of pharmacists in pharmacy, clinical pharmacists work in some of the ideas and experience to use in retail pharmacy community pharmacists work, can not only improve pharmacy sales, also through another way to improve the function and position of pharmacists.
