摘　　要：国内某燃机电厂机组在安装阶段发生了发电机定子预偏装问题,听取了设计人员及专家意见,分析问题产生原因,提出了解决办法,最终解决偏装问题。Axial offset of the generator stator was found during the installation of the gas turbine generator in one domestic power plant. After consulting the designer and experts, the cause to result in offset was analyzed and solvent was settled down, to solve this offset problem finally
