补肾活血方及其拆方对骨质疏松大鼠骨密度及组织形态的影响

摘　　要：目的研究仙鹿壮骨方及其拆方对骨质疏松症大鼠骨密度及组织形态的影响。方法用君药与臣药、君药与佐药、臣药与佐药、佐药以及全方药的不同剂量给模型大鼠灌胃,并与盖中盖高钙片组对照。结果全方组与君佐、佐药组比较以及君臣组与佐药组比较骨密度提高(P<0.05);骨组织HE染色显示在成骨细胞数量,骨小梁排列密度及厚度改善等方面效果依次为中药全方组、君臣组和君佐组、臣佐组、西药组。结论仙鹿壮骨方及其拆方对骨质疏松症大鼠骨密度及组织形态均有良性影响,以全方组作用最为显著。Objective to study the Xianlu Zhuanggu Decoction and it＇s disassembled effect on osteoporosis rats bone density and morphology. Methods used different doses of the sovereign drug and minister drugs （ S＆M ）, the sovereign drug and assistant drngs（S＆A）, and minister drugs and assistant drugs（M＆A） ,assistant drugs and the complete formula to feed rats stomachs, and compared with the high calcium group. Results compared the complete formula group with S＆A group, assistant group and S＆M group with assistant group, the bone density improved（ P 〈0.05 ） ; bone tissue by HE staining in osteoblast number, trabecular pattern density and thickness of improvement effect in complete formula group, and the S＆M group , S＆A group, M＆A group and the western medicine group. Conclusion the Xianlu Zhuanggn Decoc- tion and it＇s disassembled prescriptions on osteoporosis rat bone density and have organizational form benign influence, the complete formula group had the most remarkable effect.
