摘  要:以极限应力构成的成形极限应力图(FLSD),不依赖加载应变路径,是目前冷轧深冲板成形研究的热点。该文以SPCEN-SD和DC04两种深冲级别的冷轧薄板为研究对象,通过刚模胀形试验获得成形极限应变图(FLSD),根据Hill48准则下的应力应变转换方程构建FLSD图。研究不同应变硬化指数n、塑性应变比r和强度系数K对FLSD图的影响,得到SPCEN-SD和DC04两种冷轧薄板FLSD的成形极限应力图,根据n值、r值和K值的变化情况,为实际生产提供参考依据。The forming limit stress diagram (FLSD), which is stress-based and independent of strain path, has become the hot spot in the research of cold-rolling deep-drawing sheet. In this paper, the cold-rolling deep- drawing sheet SPCEN-SD and DC04 is taken as research subjects. FLD diagram was obtained by rigid die bulge forming experiment. The FLSD diagram was obtained through transforming stress-strain relation under Hi1148 yield criterion. The influences of the strain hardening index n and plastic strain ratio r and strength coefficient k on FLSD are investigated. FLSD dependence of n , r and K is discussed. All the data and parameters provide reference basis for practical proiects.
