摘　　要：平整机是热轧带钢生产机组中重要组成部分,其轧辊的辊型设计对提高板形的质量至关重要。针对某钢厂1 450平整机存在板形较差的问题,对辊型和弯辊力进行优化:工作辊辊型采用正弦曲线,合理选择弯辊力。优化后的平整机使用效果良好,平整后的带钢板形质量明显提高。Temper mill is an important part in the production line of hot rolling steel strip. Its roll shape design is very important for improving the quality of the steel strip. Aiming at the problem existing in 1 450 temper mill that the quality of steel strip is unsatisfied, the roll shape and bending roll force were optimized. The sine curve was adopted for working roll shape. The bending roll force was selected rationally. The optimized temper mill works well. The quality of the steel strip was obviously improved after it was flattened by the new method.
