广东、广西与云南东方蜜蜂形态特征比较研究

摘　　要：从广东、广西和云南采集了共32群东方蜜蜂,其中广东、广西各采集了9群,云南采集了14群,每群采集15只工蜂。对每只工蜂进行形态特征分析测定,共分析测定了38个指标。将测定得到的形态特征数据进行因素分析、主成分分析和聚类分析,并将广东、广西与云南的形态数据进行比较和分析。结果表明,云南的东方蜜蜂在体型上比广东和广西的大。另外,这3个地区的东方蜜蜂分成了2个地理类群,云南的为一个地理类群,广东和广西为另一个地理类群。The morphological characters of Apis cerana of Guangdong, Guangxi and Yunnan Province were studied using mor- phological methods. Samples of Apis cerana were colleeted from 32 colonies in these 3 provinces. 38 standard morphological characters were measured. The date were analyzed by factor analysis, principal component analysis, cluster analysis, and compare the data of these 3 provinces. The results showed that the size of Apis cerana of Yunnan was bigger than Guangdong and Guangxi. In addition, Apis cerana of these 3 provinces divided into two geographical branches, Yunnan was a geographical branches, Guangdong and Guangxi was a geo- graphical branches.
