摘　　要：软扭矩控制系统采用高性能PLC和现场网络总线PROFINET作为主控装置,配以钻机电控系统交流变频装置,结合钻井过程动态参数,完成钻井过程防卡钻、防脱扣以及提高钻井效率等功能,同时该系统也能快速消除钻柱扭转的振动振幅,在钻井过程中保持速度稳定。Soft torque control system uses the high performance PLC and field bus network for PROFINET as main control unit.With the rig electric control system of AC VFD,and with dynamic parameters,the system is anti sticking,and anti tripping in the process of drilling,and it improves drilling efficiency.At the same time,the system can quickly eliminate the drilling string torsional vibration amplitude,and keeps a steady speed in the process of drilling.
