摘　　要：本文从整合的视角总结和梳理机构话语研究的现状,探讨这一新兴研究领域的理论意义和现实意义,并提出自己的思考,认为把批评话语分析的"自上而下"的视角、互动社会语言学的"自下而上"的视角以及会话分析的微观视角结合起来有助于研究者从微观到宏观,以连续的、动态的视角全面了解和理解机构话语。This review explores the theoretical and practical significance of organizational and institutional discourse studies by summarizing the status quo of this newly emerging research field from an integrative perspective. After pointing out the theoretical and practical significance of this field, we argue that the ＂top-down＂ approach of Critical Discourse Analysis, the ＂bottom-up＂ approach of Interactional Sociolinguistics and the detailed analysis of Conversation Analysis should be integrated as solutions to these problems, and that such integration enables researchers to understand and interpret organizational and institutional discourse from a continuous and dynamic perspective.
