农民移居中心村集中居住的意愿及影响因素——基于对天津农民的问卷调查

摘　　要：基于对天津农民问卷调查得到的数据,采用Logistic回归模型对农民移居中心村集中居住的意愿及影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明:是否为村干部、家中有无未婚男性、家庭总支出、家庭收入主要来源等因素具有显著的正向影响作用;年龄、农民家庭规模、故土情结、对现居村庄生产生活环境的满意程度等因素具有显著的负向影响作用。基于上述结论,应加大政策宣传教育力度、做好示范中心村建设、建立充分尊重农民意愿的决策机制、消除农民对集中居住的顾虑、进一步完善农村社会保障体系。Based on the data acquired through questionnaire survey on the farmers in Tianjin city,the paper employed logistic regression models to empirically analyze farmers＇ will of moving to central village for concentration residence and its influential factors.The research results showed that village cadre,unmarried male,total household expenditure,the main sources of family income had remarkable positive effects.Age,family size,native complex,the satisfaction with the production and life conditions of the current residence had remarkable negative effects.Based on above conclusions,some policy recommendations are proposed from the following respects：strengthening policy propaganda and education,improving the construction of model central village,establishing the decision-making mechanism fully respecting farmers＇ will,eliminating farmers＇ worries about concentration residence,further perfecting rural social security system.
