摘　　要：以羟基亚乙基二膦酸(HEDP)、水溶性季铵盐、聚马来酸酐(HPMA)、丙烯酸系聚合物为原料,研制出一种新型的缓蚀阻垢剂TS-124。利用静态挂片腐蚀试验、静态阻垢试验、动态挂片试验研究了该缓蚀阻垢剂的缓蚀阻垢性能。与其他3种缓蚀阻垢剂进行了对比。结果表明:TS-124有良好的缓蚀阻垢效果,在60 mg/L的条件下缓蚀率和阻垢率分别达到93%和98%以上。效果优于其余3种缓蚀阻垢剂。The corrosion inhibitors TS - 124 was successfully merged by the HEDP, HPMA, water - soluble quaternary ammonium salt and acrylic polymer. Using static corrosion coupon test, the static scale test and dynamic coupon test, the performance of the corrosion inhibitor was studied. Compared with other three kinds of corrosion and scale inhibitors, the results showed that TS - 124 had good scale and corrosion inhibition effect of 60 mg/L under the conditions of corrosion rate and scale inhibition rate reached more than 93% and 98%, respectively, which was better than the other three kinds of corrosion and scale inhibitors.
