摘  要:目的建立高效毛细管电泳法测定松萝中的有效成分松萝酸的含量。方法采用内标法,选取苯甲酸钠为内标,未涂层熔融石英毛细管柱(57 cm×75μm,有效长度50 cm)为分离通道,以40mmol·L-1硼砂-甲醇(85:15)为电泳介质,分离电压28 kV,检测波长254 nm。结果在上述条件下,松萝酸在20 min内得到很好的分离,在0.124-2.48mg·mL-1与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.6%。结论方法简便快速、结果准确、重复性好,可用于松萝及其制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPCE method for determining the usnic acid in Lichen Usneae. Method Sodium benzoate was used as internal standard. An uncoated fused silica capillary (57 cmx75 pro, effective length of 50 cm) was used. The electrolyte buffer composed of 40 mmoloL-1 borax-MeOH(85:lS), applied voltage 28 kV, detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results Usnic acid was successfully separated within 20 min, the linear response range was 0.124-2.48 mg^mL-1. The average recovery was 98.6%. Conclusions The analytical results demonstrated the method was simple, rapid and well reproducible, and could be used as a reliable tool for the quantity control of Lichen Usneae and its descriptions.
