摘 要:目的建立化生平合剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,KromasilC18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(1:2:0.15),检测波长为203nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为室温。结果黄芪甲苷在进样量0.5-10μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 6;平均回收率为97.82%,RSD为1.79%。结论测定结果准确、可靠,有良好的精密度和重现性,可用于化生平合剂中黄芪甲苷的含量测定。Objective To establish the method for determination of astragalosidelV in Hua Sheng Ping composition. Method The contents of astragalosidelV in Hua Sheng Ping composition were determined by HPLC. Kromasil C 18 column (4.6 mm250 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid (1:2:0.15) as mobile phase, and the detective wavelength was 203nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL-min-1 and the column temperature was room temperature. Results AstragalosidelV had a good linear relation in the range of 0.5-10μg (r=0.999 6) and the average recovery was 97.82%, RSD was 1.79%. Conclusion The method has good precision and reproducibility, and the results were reliable and accurate. It could be used to determine the contents of astragalosidetV in Hua Sheng Ping composition.
