广西市级及以上综合医院运营情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析广西市级及以上综合医院近5a运营情况，以期为其建设和发展提供信息，并帮助卫生部门制定改革政策。方法利用2007年-2011年卫生部全国卫生财务报表及卫生直报系统收集相关数据资料，分析市级及以上综合医院近5a的运营情况。结果①广西市级及以上综合医院的资产运营能力逐年增强。②市级及以上综合医院总收入中比重最高的依次为医疗收入、药品收入。③市级及以上综合医院资产及负债均呈逐年增长趋势。结论广西市级及以上综合医院总收入虽快速增长但结构不合理，基础设施建设有待增加，经营状况逐年好转。Objective Analysis the operation conditions of the comprehensive the municipal level and above general hosptial in Guangxi nearly five years , so as to provide informations for： construction and development , and help health departments to formulate policy reform.Methods In 2007 - 2011 year the Ministry of Health National Health financial statements and health reporting system collects data by using the data analysis, operation of municipal level and above comprehensive hospital in recent five years.Results （1） The ability of assets operation for city hospital become strongly year by year. （2）The proportion of the total income of the highest order of medical income, income from drugs in the municipal level and above general hosptial.（3）Assets and liabilities are growing year by year the municipal level and above general hosptial.Conclusion The municipal level and above general hosptial revenue is rapid growth hut the structure unreasonable, the infrastructure construction needs to be increased, but the operating status has improved.
