可调式输液器在静滴氨茶碱平喘治疗中应用

摘　　要：目的观察可调式输液器静滴氨茶碱平喘治疗中应用效果。方法选择2012年4月-12月在我科住院期间有气促、气喘症状的呼吸道感染患者60例，分别应用可调式输液器静滴氨茶碱注射液或注射泵静推氨茶碱注射液来缓解气促、气喘症状。采用随机抽号的方法将60例患者分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。观察组采用可调式输液器静滴氨茶碱，对照组则应用注射泵静推氨茶碱．每组患者共使用氨茶碱注射液60次。结果观察组采用可调式输液器静滴氨茶碱护士所花的时间明显少于应用注射泵静推氨茶碱的对照组，可以为护士节省较多操作时间．给患者提供护理和交流的机会增加，可促进护患关系和谐。结论可调式输液器使用方便，操作方法简单、易学，有效的节省了护理工作时间：同时滴数稳定，使药物进入体内的量达到最佳水平，减少药物毒性．使患者更安全，对心肺功能不良的患者、老年患者和小儿以及各类需要严格控制滴速的药物如血管活性药物多巴胺、间羟胺和米力农等尤为适用，值得推广。Objective To observe the adjustable transfusion system static drop aminophylline relieving asthma treatment application effect. Methods Choices from April to December 2012 in our department during hospitalization for 60 patients with respiratory tract infection, asthma symptoms, adjustable infusion respectively static drops of aminophylline injection or injection pump static push aminophylline injection to alleviate symptoms of shortness of breath, asthma. Adopt the method of random sampling, 60 patients were divided into observation group and control group. Use adjustable infusion static drops of aminophylline group, control group applied static push aminophylline injection pump, each group of 60 patients with aminophylline injection times.Results Observation group with adjustable infusion static drop aminophylline n application time spent is less than that of static push aminophylline injection pump in the control group, can save operating time for nurses, to provide care to patients and communication opportunity increasing, can promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.Concluslon Application of adjustable infusion static drops of aminophylline method is simple and easy operation, effectively save the nursing work time; Drips to stable at the same time, make the quantity of drugs into the body to achieve the best levels, reduce drug toxicity, make the patients more security, bad for cardiopulmonary function of patients, elderly patients, and children and all kinds of need to strictly control the drop speed of dopamine drugs such as vascular active drugs and metaraminol and rice farming, is particularly applicable to promotion.
