黑龙江省对俄经贸合作战略升级的SWOT分析

摘　　要："十二五"期间是黑龙江省对俄罗斯经贸合作战略升级的关键期,虽然黑龙江省对俄经贸合作历史悠久,地缘优势明显,俄罗斯入世及其远东区域开发也为黑龙江省对俄经贸合作战略升级带来了更好的外部环境,但目前双方经贸合作仍面临主要进出口商品附加值低,投资行业和地区过度集中,俄罗斯入世后市场竞争更加激烈及俄境内通货膨胀居高不下等问题。因此,认清黑龙江省对俄经贸合作的优势与劣势,以及面临的机遇和威胁,对双方经贸合作的战略升级具有重要意义。It is the critical stage for the strategic upgrading of trade cooperation between Heilongjiang and Russia during the period of the twelfth Five - Year - Plan. There still exist some problems about trade cooperation between the both sides, such as, the low added value of the main import and export merchandises, the low level co - investment, the excessive concentration of investment industry and region , and the increasingly fierce competition and high Russia domestic inflation for the long time in the past and so on, although the better external surroundings have been brought up since Russia joined in the WTO in December, 201 las well as the development of the Far - east. So it is of great significance to analyze the superiority, weakness, opportunity and Threats for its strategic upgrading.
