摘 要:列车自动门振动谱是实施列车自动门振动可靠性实验的基本条件,振动谱单元是振动谱最小单位。为了保障所构建的列车自动门振动谱的效果,在平稳性、随机性、正态性、频率范围等方面,采用标准差、符号熵、峭度、自功率谱密度等特征量,考核振动谱单元的有效性;进而选择计数方法,并基于能量守恒原则修正准振动谱的幅值。将这些措施付诸实施,对检测获得的某型列车自动门振动时间历程构建振动谱。结果表明方法可行,并且应当选择雨流计数法。The vibration spectra of train automatic door is the basic condition to carry out the vibration reliability test for train automatic door, and the vibration spectrum unit is a smallest unit of vibration spectrum. In order to ensure the effect of vibration spectra established of train automatic door, the validity of vibration spectrum unit is checked in respect of stationeriness, randomness, normality and frequency domain via standard variance, symbolic entropy, kurtosis and power-spectral density. And then one of the counting method is selected, as well as the am- plitude of vibration quasi-spectrum is revised based on conservation of energy. Putting those measurements in prac- tice, a vibration spectra is established with the vibration time serial detected from a type of train automatic door. The results show that the measurements introduced in the paper are with feasibility, and the rainflow counting meth- od should be selected.
