摘  要:基于电子数据表格、CAN总线和Modbus通讯协议设计了一种分布式电学信号测量控制系统。该测控系统由上位机、从节点、总线构成。上位机是测控系统的主节点,实现从节点的管理、测量结果显示以及与用户的交互。从节点采用模块化设计,包括信号处理电路、TEDS信息存储单元、总线通讯接口电路、电源管理电路和AVR单片机,实现了多种电学信号转换和测量、执行器的控制以及与上位机的通讯。TEDS信息存储单元按照IEEE 1451标准规定的方式描述了节点的详细信息、校正模型等核心参数,并可通过标准指令被上位机读取。借助TEDS技术,系统中的从节点支持即插即用,自动识别。目前该测控系统已成功应用于大功率逆变电源设备中,运行稳定可靠。A distributed electrical signal measurement and control system based on Transducer Electronic Data Sheet (TEDS), CAN bus and Modbus protocol is described. This system is composed of master node, slave nodes and bus. The master node is responsible for management of the slave nodes, display of the measurement and user interactions. The slave nodes are designed modularly, including the signal processing circuit, TEDS information storage unit, interface circuit of bus communication, power management circuits and AVR MCU. They are respon- sible for conversion and measurement of various electrical signals, control of executors and communication with the master node. In accordance with the provisions of the IEEE 1451 standard, TEDS information storage unit describes core parameters such as the detailed information of nodes, correction model and so on, and it can be read by the master node through the standard instructions. With the aid of TEDS technology, slave nodes in the system support plug-and-play and automatic identification. The measurement and control system is successfully applied to the high power inverter power supply equipment, and the operation is stable and reliable.
