摘 要:先导式溢流阀振动的主要来源为先导阀的振动。针对先导阀在工程中出现的振动问题进行研究。建立先导阀芯振动的系统动力学模型,分析相关参数对先导阀振动特性的影响。结果表明,增大连接主阀上腔和先导阀前端孔道的长度、减小孔道直径、减少油液的含气量和减少油液工作温度等有助于减少先导阀的振动,提高溢流阀工作稳定性。The main vibration resource of the pilot operated computed relief valve is the vibration of pilot valve, the vibration of the pilot valve in the engineering is studed on. The vibration system dynamic model of the pilot valve is built, some parameters'effect on the vibration of the pilot valve is simulated and analyzed. The result shows, the ~te^dy flow force which make the valve closed , increase the length or decrease the diameter of the flow channel which combined the main valve with the pilot valve, lessen the air content in oil or decrease the oil working temper- ature which can reduce the vibration of pilot valve and have contribute to the stability of the relief valve.
