摘 要:综合衰减系数是计算河流环境容量、预测污染物浓度和制定环境管理方案的最重要参数。根据污染特征和计算要求,将吉林省松花江干流划分为4区段,采用实测资料分段反算法计算氨氮综合衰减系数。计算结果表明:吉林省松花江干流枯水期氨氮综合衰减系数为0.098 0—0.119 8/d,最大值(0.119 8/d)为未被污染的自然降解段,最小值(0.098 0/d)为污染最严重的松原市污染段;符合河流污染程度越重,自净能力越弱,衰减系数越小的规律,计算结果合理,4个区段划分合理,符合水环境实际情况。为进行水环境容量计算和制定环境管理方案提供了科学依据。Integrated attenuation coefficient (IAC) is the most significant parameters to calculate environmental capacity, to forecast concentrations of contaminants and to establish environmental management schemes. According to the pollution characteristics and requirements of calculation, 4 sections were divided for the main stream of Song- hua River in Jilin Province, and segmented inversion method based on measured data was utilized to calculate the IAC of NH3-N. Results from calculations had made clear that the IAC of NH3-N for the drought season of Songhua River in Jilin Province was 0. 098 0---0. 119 8/d, with a maximum (0. 119 8/d) for the unpolluted natural degra- dation section and a minimum (0. 098 0/d) for the most polluted section in Songyuan City. The results were in ac- cord with the regular pattern of a weaker self-cleaning capacity and a smaller attenuation coefficient under the con- dition of a more polluted river. The division of 4 sectors was rational and coincident with actual situations of the water environment. Therefore, the results were rational and provided more scientific evidences for the calculation of water environmental capacity and establishment of environmental management schemes.
