摘 要:介绍了KBC公司的流程模拟软件Petro-SIM在某炼油厂连续重整装置上的应用情况。用Petro-SIM软件建立了反应机理模型、连续重整全流程模型以及连续重整能耗模型。应用该模型对重整反应压力、重整装置全流程及装置能耗进行分析,通过优化预处理装置预分馏塔与汽提塔的操作,解决了预处理装置预分馏塔再沸炉负荷不足的瓶颈,重整装置进料量提高了5 t/h,每年为企业增效1 000×104RMB$以上。同时,应用该模型还提出节能优化措施,增设预处理装置进料换热器,更换重整进料高效换热器等,通过模拟计算,该项目节能效果显著。结果表明,流程模拟软件能够优化连续重整装置全流程,在改善反应原料、优化操作条件和节能降耗等方面提供指导。The application of Petro-SIM simulation software of KBC Company in the continuous catalytic reforming unit of a refinery was introduced. The reaction mechanism model, the complete CCR process model and CCR energy consumption model were established with Petro-SIM software. The models were applied in the analysis of reactor pressure, reforming process flow and unit energy consumption, and the bottlenecking problem of the pretreatment unit such as insufficient load of reboiler of pre-fractionator was located. Effective measures have been adopted to improve the operation of pre-treatment unit and capacity of CCR unit has been increased by 3.3 t/h. The annual economic benefit is over 10 million Yuan RMB. At the same time, the models have been applied to propose energy-saving measures such as addition of feed heat exchangers for pre-treatment unit and replacement with high-efficiency heat exchangers, etc. The resuhs show that tile process simulation software can optimize the complete process of continuous catalytic reforming unit and provide a valuable guidance for improvement of reactor feedstock, optimization of operating conditions, and reduction of energy consumption, etc.
