摘　　要：目的了解辽宁省男男性行为人群(MSM)艾滋病疫情状况和相关行为特征。方法 2008-2010年,对居住在沈阳、大连和鞍山市的MSM进行匿名问卷调查,采用Epi Data 3.1进行数据录入,用SPSS 17.0统计分析。结果 2008-2010年,各年分别监测目标人群数量为1 258人、1 254人、1 205人;艾滋病知识知晓率分别为90.0%(1 132/1 258)、94.1%(1 180/1 254)、91.1%(1 098/1 205)。2008-2010年,最近6个月同性肛交每次都用安全套的比例分别为55.7%(601/1 079)、58.5%(632/1 081)、54.0%(524/971);艾滋病病毒感染率分别为4.6%(58/1 258)、4.5%(57/1 254)、4.7%(57/1 205)。结论辽宁省MSM总体艾滋病知识知晓率较高,但是安全套坚持使用率不高,继续有效深入的进行干预是今后工作的重点。Objective To study the prevalence and characteristics of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV） infections among men who have sex with men（MSM） in Liaoning Province.Methods A cross-sectional anonymous questionnaires survey was carried out among MSM living in Shenyang,Dalian and Anshan cities from 2008 to 2010.Data were entered by Epidata 3.1 and analyzed by SPSS 17.0.Results A total of 1 258,1 254 and1 205 MSM were recruited in respective years of 2008,2009 and 2010;the HIV/AIDS awareness rate was 90.0%,94.1% and 91.1%,respectively;the rate of consistent condom use was 55.7%,58.5% and 54%,respectively;HIV prevalence was 4.6%（58/1258）,4.5%（57/1254） and 4.7%（57/1205）,respectively.Conclusion Although the level of HIV/AIDS related knowledge is relatively high,high-risk sexual behaviors are common among MSM in Liaoning Province,and the rate of condom use among them is low.Continuous and effective interventions will be the priority in the future.
