摘　　要：目的分析预防与控制梅毒母婴传播项目的实施状况,评价干预效果,为进一步制定梅毒传播控制策略提供依据。方法对2003-2011年深圳市福田区预防与控制梅毒母婴传播项目的状况进行回顾性分析。结果 2003-2011年,检测孕产妇301 627人,报告孕产妇梅毒患者1 068例,阳性率0.35%。患者平均年龄(28.38±4.56)岁;妊娠梅毒患者接受梅毒检测孕期平均值为21.78周。共有71.44%(763/1 068)的患者进行了规范干预,与未规范干预/未干预者相比,经规范干预的孕产妇梅毒患者的死胎、死产、早产及分娩先天梅毒儿的发生率均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预防与控制梅毒母婴传播项目的实施可有效减少梅毒母婴传播,遏制梅毒疫情。Objective To analyze the implementation of a program of preventing syphilis transmission from mother to child,and to evaluate the effectiveness of adopted interventions,so as to provide evidence for further developing strategy to control syphilis transmission.Method A retrospective study was conducted to assess the implementation of a program of preventing syphilis transmission from mother to child between 2003 and 2011 in Futian District,Shenzhen.Result A total of 301 627 pregnant women were detected for syphilis from 2003 to 2011,when 1 068 positive cases were reported（0.35%）,with an average age of（28.38±4.56） years.The median gestational period of syphilis positive cases amounted to 21.78 weeks.Of the positive cases 763（71.44%） were given standardized syphilis therapy and follow up.The rates of stillbirth,premature deliveries and the incidence of congenital syphilis among the positive pregnant women who received standardized interventions were lower than among those who received sub-standardized interventions or received no interventions at all,and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of the program of preventing and controlling syphilis mother-to-child transmission is in a strong position to effectively control syphilis spreading.
